The Global Super League brings the cricket world to one ground. For its third edition, five flagship franchises, one from each of the game's major T20 leagues, gather at Providence Stadium in Guyana to play 12 matches in 10 days for a US $1 million prize.
Hosts and defending champions Guyana Amazon Warriors headline, but for many the biggest draw is Lahore Qalandars, Pakistan's three-time PSL winners, joining a lineup that also features Australia's Perth Scorchers XI, the UAE's Desert Vipers and USA's San Francisco Unicorns.

When and where is the Global Super League 2026 played?
The ExxonMobil Guyana Global Super League 2026 runs from July 23 to August 1, 2026, with all 12 matches at Providence Stadium (the Guyana National Stadium) near Georgetown. The five teams play a single round-robin of 10 league games, after which the top side qualifies straight for the final. Second and third place meet in a Qualifier on Friday, July 31, and the winner joins the table-topper in the Final on Saturday, August 1.
Which teams are playing?
Five franchises, each representing a different major T20 league: Guyana Amazon Warriors (Caribbean Premier League, hosts and defending champions), Lahore Qalandars (Pakistan Super League), Perth Scorchers XI (Big Bash League), Desert Vipers (International League T20) and San Francisco Unicorns (Major League Cricket).
The five teams
Guyana Amazon Warriors (CPL): The hosts are the reigning GSL champions, having won the 2025 title on home soil, and a raucous Providence crowd makes them the team to beat.
Lahore Qalandars (PSL): Pakistan's three-time PSL champions, led by Shaheen Shah Afridi, are back for their second GSL after finishing fourth in the inaugural 2024 edition. They are the marquee side for subcontinent fans.
Perth Scorchers XI (BBL): The most successful franchise in Big Bash history make their GSL debut, bringing Australian depth and a winning pedigree.
Desert Vipers (ILT20): The UAE-based side arrive as reigning International League T20 champions, a well-drilled outfit stacked with franchise-circuit talent.
San Francisco Unicorns (MLC): One of Major League Cricket's strongest sides completes the lineup, adding the USA's growing T20 pedigree to the mix.
The tournament, organised by Cricket West Indies and chaired by West Indies great Clive Lloyd, was won by Rangpur Riders in its 2024 debut before the Amazon Warriors claimed the 2025 crown.

All 12 matches are played at Providence Stadium, Guyana, in two slots: a 10:00 AM local start and a 7:00 PM local start under lights. Times below are in local Guyana time, plus PKT and IST, since the evening games fall in the early morning for subcontinent viewers.

The morning matches are the pick for fans in Pakistan and India, landing at a prime-time 7:00 PM PKT and 7:30 PM IST. The evening games, including the Qualifier and Final, start in the early hours at around 4:00 AM PKT and 4:30 AM IST.
Lahore Qalandars fans have four group games to follow: Perth Scorchers XI (July 23), Desert Vipers (July 24), hosts Guyana Amazon Warriors (July 26) and San Francisco Unicorns (July 29).
